Placed my order on December 11. Items were not shipped until yesterday, the 19th, and they will not arrive until the 22nd (was told the latest delivery date is 12/21). Now I can't give them away as holiday gifts anymore. The website lied about its guarantee delivery date. Their shipping service is lazy and a joke.

Placed my order on 9/26/2023. They didn't provide any updates (e.g. Tracking number or possible delay) other than the order confirmation email. They didn't respond to my emails or the opened case on PayPal. I also regretted using PayPal for the checkout because the refund process was long and inconvenient.

1. DO NOT trust PayPal... I called them for three times regarding this matter. However, FashionMia knew how to get away from this well. They sent one of the items and provided the tracking number, so it appeared that I have received ALL my items... Since I opened the claim for "Not receive my items", PayPal wants me to pay in full despite that I explained the seller only shipped one of the items. Apparently they don't care about their customers and read through all the text and evidence (email exchanges, screenshots, etc) before making a decision. Luckily, I just called my bank, and they were willing to dispute the charge as long as I shipped back the item I received and provided the return shipping label.

2. After I posted the negative review, FashionMia has been harassing me through the messages of this website and emails. They asked me to take down my review, so they could give back my partial refund. I will NOT take down my review because every word I said was true. We need to let more people know what FashionMia really is and prevent more people from falling into the scam.

3. I have reported FashionMia to Bureau of Consumer Protection (the one under Federal Trade Commission) for false information and scam, and I encourage more people to do so. Other reviews mentioned that FashionMia didn't give refund after nearly one year, and PayPal did nothing. This shouldn't happen. FashionMia lied about their quality (like other reviews, the one I received does not resemble the pictures online at least), delivery time, cancellation policy, and refunds. They made people think that they are based in the US not in China. This is totally not acceptable. Why did our government let this happen? We need to report this dishonest merchant and take them down.

The website says that the delivery time is 7-15 days. Their email confirmation says that the dispatch time is 3-6 days. Two weeks later, no tracking number nor follow-ups after we placed the order. Sent an email asking for cancellation as the website says it is ok. It took nearly 3 days for their customer representative to respond to our request. She said that due to Chinese New Year, shipping has been delayed (Since then, we found out that the company is actually based in Hong Kong, China). The customer representative also asked whether we wanted to keep the order or cancel it. We wanted to cancel it. A week later, they sent us an email saying that one of our order has been shipped (What?). Now their customer representative said that they could only give a partial refund. Our order was time-sensitive because it was placed for my mom, and she could only stay with us for a month. Now she is back to her country, and we have no ways to give her the package except expensive international shipping (let alone the package is still in transit right now -- the order was placed on Jan 30, and today is March 3...). We don't want the package anymore, yet they want us to pay for it or the return shipping. Totally rip-offs. Don't bother doing business with them.

We bailed out from Seamless long time ago. Delivery.com has promo offers almost every other week and the offers are for old customers, too. Also, you get to collect points for every purchase and redeem them for future credits. As to the app itself, the recent update is more user friendly (more responsive when touching the screen & easier to switch between takeout and delivery) and the Android Pay $5 off promo for whole November was super duper sweet! We love you, Delivery.com. Please keep up your good work!

Pros
1) Amazon Prime offers free 2-day shipping for many products.
2) Amazon Prime offers some free music and movies.
3) Amazon Prime offers free returns for some items and the return methods are hasslefree.

Did you notice something? Yeah, Amazon rocks when you have Prime membership. However, the membership fee is high.

Cons:
1) Sometimes 2-day shipping fails to deliver in two days.
2) Amazon Prime only offers very limited choices for free music and movies, considering the membership fee.
3) Amazon Prime does not cover free returns for all Prime eligible items. For instance, I needed an immune boost product when I was very sick, but the item was delivered on the third day. I couldn't wait and got something else. However, the item delivered was not eligible for free returns.
4) There are more and more products on Amazon that are sold and shipped by sellers in China. The quality of these items is very questionable most of the time, and the shipping time is ridiculously long. I'm not saying we shouldn't purchase anything from China, but that being said, at least it should have a filter function for buyers to choose. I purchased a fall dress for my daughter and it didn't tell me where the item will be shipped from nor give me a tracking number, so I waited for over a month (already lost track of time since it took too long -- maybe 5~6 weeks) to receive it. The weather was already winter-like around Thanksgiving, so I don't see the point of keeping the dress as my daughter will outgrow it very soon. Bummer!
5) The search engine of Amazon fails to deliver only the results you want -- it somehow gives a lot of junks when crossing your key words, and I don't know why. On the contrary, I feel eBay does a better job on this.
6) Amazon should make itself more visible on Google shopping if its search engine has flaws. It is very frustrating to be not able to find the real products neither from Amazon nor Google shopping.

Due to the reasons above, I'm giving 3 or 4 stars for Amazon.

I purchased a skirt which was listed as good condition on Mercari. When I received it, I found some light brown marks and wanted to return it. The customer service representative Ron denied my request because the item was listed as "good condition" so it's NORMAL to have stains. And he said if I don't like it, I can relist it for a new buyer... WTF?! Why would I have to list a skirt with stains and find another dummy buyers in order to get my money back? Totally unacceptable. I won't purchase again.
