I tried 123 cards and forgot to cancel until a few hours after the deadline. I contacted customer support and they were extremely kind and supportive. They changed my subscription to a one month, made sure I understood it would not automatically renew and refunded me for the yearly rate amount. They are a small company and it's great to support them versus a large corporate entity. The cards are lovely and the customer service is A+
