I ordered a Mother of the Bride dress, beautiful in the picture. It came almost as pictured, but the sleeves were unattached lace pieces instead of cap sleeves. I complained many times to customer service, was finally told to accept $18 or shipped the dress back which would have been more expensive than $18. I had the dress altered for $40, the informed me that whoever had sewn the dress took little cut pieces of lace and sewn them on. Clearly they made a mistake and tried to correct. I informed customer service again and they do not care, told me I was already paid $18. So if you have to deal with a problem, they are no good!
