I had a time-consuming issue with this company with no satisfactory resolution.
Original order was a "remanufactured" color ink cartridge that was probably was incorrectly refilled and only printed in pink. After multiple tries with customer service (all well within their warranty period), I was sent a replacement which also did't work. I requested a refund, but was denied. I appealed and was given the "run around" and then denied again. Just bad and way too much time spent on an $18 cartridge. They wore me down and I just gave up.
