I stopped at Lowe's and bought 4 bags of mulch. Because I have a still neck, I was unable to lift and put them in my car. I asked for some help and waited 10 to 15 minutes for someone. The cashier asked a lady and she paged someone even though she said they had no one to lift. Finally, a female named Annika came and helped me. Everyone else just standing around joking. I swear it is so hard to keep your patience at Lowes. The people are so dam lazy. Thanks, Annika for your help. She lifted 4 bags and put them in my vehicle without an attitude. Lowes needs more workers like her. She gets 5 stars from me but Lowes gets 1 star for hiring lazy people who hide when there is work to do... Train your workers to have integrity, pride, and manners please.

Give Annika a pat on the back and a raise. She is so nice and humble

I went in Lowes 22 Sep to inquire about a cabinet built for my marble table. I paid the $75 charge on my credit card and that is the only proof. Lowes guy said they could do the job and Mckinley from Carolina Construction came out on 28 Sep. And took measuremnets for table and wall. I told her the cabinet and measurements were for the table not wall. I went into Lowes on 5 Oct because I heard nothing from them. I waited 2 hours that morning so I went back that afternoon and waited 2 1/2 hrs. I left and went back the next morning and Juan was busy loading for someone is what the guy said. This guy said he was the boss, skinny black guy that seemed to be irritated at me because I asked what was taking so long. He was explaining how busy Juan was and I told him why don't u help. I said I waited and waited and paid the money and cannot get a call or contact from Juan to get my cabinet for my table cause he is so busy. To make a long story short, Juan was doing all himself. I finally got to sit down with him and he and the other guy made it seem like Mckinley didn't give measurements for the table but for the wall. They were guessing figures and Juan gave me the figure the skinny black guy guessed so I knew it was a scam. Juan never gave me any paperwork but showed me a cabinet no matter how I told him I wanted it to be cost efficient. He said when done I would hear from him by Friday but I didn't. I called him Tuesday Oct 11th and he said he was just getting back to work and was about to call me. He said I could get the cabinet for $1500 but they couldn't put the marble on top of it cause it was a liability since I didn't get it from them.If I buy the marble from them it they would do the job. HOGWASH. These lazy liars are a bunch of crap. I can't believe them. I called another company and they came out and will be doing the same project for half the price and didn't give me the figures like Juan and his boss guessed. This Lowes on 1701 Freedom Blvd florence employees are the worst. They all should be fired for lying and for thinking because I am a female that came in the store alone, I didn't know they were liars. They were mad because I called them out on how long it took on the days I went to the store. They act as if we customers got all day to wait on them while they walk around doing nothing but blowing smoke. It is ridiculous and a shame. Hire more competent people and for godsakes get rid of that little lying wanna be boss doing nothing. Help Juan out! Do something besides run your mouth and not know what ur talking about. Lowes People, You are working in a store. Not a 5 Star store dressed in a suit. STOP ACTING LIKE IT AND DO YOUR JOBS. Stop lying to the customers because I am one that investigates. All they do is pass the job to the one or 2 people that does work. FIRE THE REST THAT SAYS THEY DON'T WORK IN THAT DEPARTMENT OR GUESSING PRICES AND NOT GIVING ANY PAPERWORK. They are full of crap. PEOPLE BE WARE OF THE CABINET DEPARTMENT PEOPLE AT LOWES ON 1701 FEEDOM BLVD. FLORENCE SC. I am and will be. If I could I would give them a BIG FAT ZERO and terminate that skinny black guy that had so much to say but doing nothing.

I added 2 lines to my phone for my niece and her daughter. We were promised by Cory the manager at 430 2nd Loop Rd in Florence he would input all info and give us credit on the bill. He spoke so nicely and said he would get everything straight for us before the bill was due. Well, that was a lie. Being the primary holder, I went to that store 3 times trying to catch him so he could straighten out the bill. I caught him once and he promised he would fix the problem. He didn't. My niece went also 3 times and once on her lunch break and waited for 2 hrs and he still didn't come in nor fixed the problem. I called and spoke with the Asst. Mgr who promised to have Cory fix the issue to no avail. I called Cory and texted him but no response from him. My niece texted and called him. He answered her and promised to fix the problem but of course, he didn't. A day before the bill was due, I finally called the corporate office in Columbia and spoke with someone who handled the problem as we were on the phone. The correct bill was changed before my eyes. I explained Cory sent a text crediting $100 but he never credited it to my account. The person I spoke with at the corporate office was nice and handled the problem. I told him how we tried to catch Cory at the ATT store but basically, he never would come or we were told he comes at noon and leaves at 2. Cory should come to work and fix problems he of course creates. We, the customers shouldn't have to run to the store 3 and 4 times trying to catch him because according to the Asst. Mgr and his co-workers, he is the only one that can fix certain problems. He is hardly ever at work to handle issues and I am witness to that during my situation and when he is there, he lies. If I hadn't called Corporate to get help with the bill, I probably still would be trying to meet up with Cory. He seems to forget about the customers and comes to work when he gets ready and leaves the co-workers with limited authority to fix any problems. Thanks to the Corporate office for their help. Hopefully, Cory doesn't think he fixed the problem because he did not. Maybe come to work on time and help your customers like you promised and stop being a liar. Customers be aware of Cory. He talks the talk but doesn't do anything because I am a witness to his lies. Thank Goodness my niece and I had proof of his promises and the corporate office was very helpful in honoring them. My issue was resolved only after calling the Corporate Office. Anyone out there having similar problems with that Store, call the Corporate office in Columbia SC.

I ordered a chicken caesar salad with 2 cups of saltea onions and a cup of chili. The lettuce was not cut up and seemed to have been thrown in the takeout tray. The chili had hard stuff in it like bones and I didn't understand that. I threw all away. It was awful and I waited over 30 minutes for the God Awful food. I didn't leave a tip because I ordered the food online but when I got to the restaurant the girls atthe window said they didn't have it. I will never buy from them again. The food was just awful like they took no care in putting it together. Who puts bones in chili? TEXAS ROADHOUSE DID. I need a refund? I threw up after tasting the chili. DOG FOOD for sure! PEOPLE BEWARE! I paid $24.70 for that crappy meal.

Had my shower redone in my bathroom and Shawn Brock, Branch Manager of bathfitters in Wilmington, NC didn't like the survey answers I gave. He replied to my survey and said when he came to my residence for my inspection, I said I loved the shower and he said it didn't take 4 to 5 months as told to me by Danielle, office person, but took a total of 10 wks. Well to make a long story short, It took 10 weeks because I said I wasn't waiting 4 to 5 months when promised Sep by the salesman. I kept calling and they came in 10 wks had I not called it would have been 4 to 5 months. After receiving his email concerning my survey, I called the office and Shawn answered the phone and was not nice and as I was talking he hung up the phone. He was nice until you get the product and they get paid but because I didn't give 5stars, he emailed me being sarcastic. My parts are lifetime warranty. Hope I never need to call them because of Shawn's behavior. Can't believe they charge so much money and sell you on buying it then can turn around and be rude. I reported him to the Corporate office and will definitely make sure everybody I know never do business with Bathfitters from Wilmington NC ever! I am glad I took pictures of before and after. It looks ok but nothing like Richard the salesman said or like in the magazine shown to me. The Survey I filled out was my opinion and Shawn didn't like it. Well I feel as a customer, I have the right to say what I experienced and feel. Stop sending out surveys to customers if you don't want true answers. Hanging up on a customer whose home you may have to go back to for a problem is not cool. If any problems, Shawn Brock isn't allow to come back to my home EVER. Hopefully the Corporate Office will send someone more Professional and not email the customers with an attitude who gives them less than 5 stars. I can see if a problem arises in the future, I will have to contact an Attorney. I have pictures before, during and after. Not worth the money and certainly not worth the "SARCASM" only from Shawn Brock who is a Branch Manager of Bathfitters. People be ware Please! These people are using COVID as a farse to delay your work 10 weeks or more but in reality, they don't have enough people to do the job which is why it is a 2 day job instead of one.

Tip for consumers:
The man that did the work to give me a makeover for my Shower was very nice and did a good job. It's just nothing against him. His Supervisor, Shawn Brock, Branch Manager, *******557 was Rude and din't like the rating I gave for the survey I filled out.

Lowe's delivery service is a disaster. My order arrived weeks late, and the items were damaged...
