I have use Eden grass cutting service 3 times in past 2 years. First time it was perfect. That was in 2022. In Aug 2023, I placed an job oder to cut grass in Barrie, I waited for 3 weeks, no one picked up the job. The problem is that after you placed your order, there is no option to you cancel the job, and they don't have a phone number you can call. They have a support line, but that is 3rd party support call center, they can take a message for you only, and most of the time they don't anser the phone call. This means even they don't have a person can finish your job, you still cannot cancel it. For 2nd job order, the support line took more than 1 wee to cancel the jobe. I placed the job order in beginning of Aug, and job cancelled in September. On September 10th, I placed another job order for a property in North York, I thought this should be easy to find a worker. But I was wrong. Since job placed, they keep tying to charge the money wihout the job completed. And finallly, they cut the grass twice, and charge me twice. They actually tried to charge 4 times.
So according to my expreience, don't even bother to think to use their servce. It's a headach.
