If you are looking for a cool APP, a descent price, poor communication, a butchered garden and inadequate follow up…then THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU!
I contacted EDENAPP, in particular Meghan Honacki (Customer Success Manager) for Fall Clean up to be done at my Mom's house. She is 96 years old and has taken pride in her gardens. Due to her health, the gardens were professionally landscaped two years ago.
Meghan was slow to respond and provided limited details – although I was told Fall Clean up was booked out in November. I booked through the app and specified the contractor to contact me prior to the work being done.
The very next day – September 30th – Irving Palacios arrived at the property. His text stated – job started. The next text stated job completed. By the time I arrived at the property, he had decimated the gardens with a WEED WHACKER. I doubt this "contractor" had any idea which plants needed the appropriate pruning.
Two days later, another contractor from EDEN contacted me, and I indicated the job was done and rather poorly at that. He had been sent my job AGAIN! Upon contacting Meghan Honacki, she was confused. I allowed a week to pass for a follow up response from Meghan regarding duplication. More importantly I requested an explanation for the poor service/timing and destruction of the garden.
NO RESPONSE. Customer service is non-existent with this company. Use EDEN at your own risk.
