I received no reply to my email I received consecutive emails each differing promotion and nowhere did I see returns ship cost both ways, "free" ship marketed plus return shipping cost. $6.95 twice. Free ship offered on order isn't really free in the event of return

harness 2.0
just to be clear the package was never even opened there was no disclosure “free ship”would be deducted upon return in addition to the cost to return. The emails are relentless
