I hired Higbee in 2020 for an expungement. It is 2023, and I'm just seeing some of the expungement orders. They now want more money to complete the job that I've already paid them $5K to do. I've been waiting over 3 years! They speak to me as I'm incompetent and had nerve to tell me to go to the courts myself and ask them why it's taking so long! I just wanted my record expunged to make a better life for my children. Higbee sucked me bone dry and I still have a criminal history $5,000 later.

I recently received an email stating that my password has been changed. I called customer service and he could care less! He basically said everything but "OH WELL" and wouldn't even check for account activity! Needless to say, I closed my account that very instant. Just today, I got a letter in the mail stating that I ordered a laptop for $1,020.70 and to send a check/money order or use another credit card to pay. The laptop was going to a TN address and I live in IL. I spoke with 3 Reps (all sounded like they had just crawled out of bed) who were all VERY nonchalant and could care less that I almost got scammed. I am so glad that my intuition told me to close my account when I did because I would have been responsible for the order. I sent a letter via email to Corporate Headquarters regarding this situation and they completely ignored me! (they didn't even acknowledge receipt of my email). I will never buy anything from Montgomery Ward again in life. I hope the online stores close down just like the brick & mortar's did.

I ordered 2 Nutcrackers and only received 1 Nutcracker and another box with metal pieces in it (it looked like it could be parts to a stove or something). I called customer service and was told they would ship the other Nutcracker and to throw the metal pieces in the trash in which I did. Now they are charging me $7801 because I didn't return it.

I placed an order for a hooded sweat shirt with paint splashes on November 13,2016. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for someone. Today is January 4,2017 and I have NOT received anything. I have been in contact with customer service who constantly tells me that my order has been shipped. I asked for a refund and got no reply. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!
TODAY IS JANUARY 24,2017... I GOT MY REFUND. THANKS SITEJABBER, YOU ROCK!
