I've been trying to get in touch with them for 5 days! No one answers the phone or emails the whole "live chat" thing is a lie there is no place to live chat and my item haven't been put into my box since Saturday (it's Tuesday) no explanation no emails back, I've tried Facebook, emails, calls NOTHING. I ship over 7 times a month and they want to treat customers like this? Absolutely gobsmacked and disappointed. I just want my stuff!
