I has sent multiple requests for the package to be cancelled, no response for 3 days. Only response was oh it's to late it's ready to be shipped, that's 3 days of multiple requests to cancel it. Very very bad customer service

Gall’s customer service is as bad as anything I’ve ever seen.
Products used:
I am not going to use any of it, it is all going to be returned. I have tried to cancel the order many times before they shipped it. I tried canceling it the day after it was ordered, I sent many requests daily, for 3 days. Not one response, that is until the day they had it ready to be shipped, which was 2 days after the day it was supposed to be shipped. Not a good customer service department at all.
