I sent my body control module on January 3rd. It arrived in their shop on the 6th. I waited and waited no answer to phone calls or emails for 5 days. Finely they responded and said it was returned to their shop. They were going to send it UPS. Many days later nothing! I contacted them again. Told them again no package and no tracking number. They responded again many days later we can't find the tracking number. I'm starting to have a high speed come apart by now. Last Friday the 20th they send a tracking number from UPS. Package was not picked up on Friday the 20th. It's Monday the 23rd now and the package is still not picked up or taken to the shipper. I've been in business for 48 years and I have UPS and FedEx frequent my shop almost daily. These guys are full of it! In the business, I've called around to other service companies that repair these types of systems and they all said these guys are shady and they are a mess. I will be filing against G7 Computers if I don't see my repaired or replaced with full programming BCM for my $40,000 dollar truck. What they don't comprehend is the cost to replace, program and tow the vehicle to the dealership.
