I converted 35$ worth of trx and got 25.50$ worth of floki, 9.50$ tax for a 35 usd transaction, this is pure insanity 30% commision for such a small transaction, shame on you!

UPD: We have reviewed your exchange in detail. Firstly, you sent an amount slightly less than expected, which also slightly adjusted the final amount relative to the expected estimate.

Also please note that you have chosen the FLOKI ERC-20 token. Unfortunately, the network fee in the ERC-20 network is quite high. In this case, the cost to send FLOKI to your address was $6.78, which is the majority of the fees you are talking about.
In order to experience less slippage in the rate, we recommend choosing an exchange on the network with the lowest gas fee, such as FLOKI BSC, which we also support.
