Shopping with Goulet Pens has been one of the most positive online shopping experiences of my life.

For months I had been looking for a nice, colourful Leuchtturm1917 with a dot grid to use for my bullet journal, but they are sadly extremely hard to find in Canada. Goulet Pens offered a wide range of Leuchtturm1917 notebooks for me to choose from at a fraction of the cost of other websites, and shipping was very reasonable. Their website is easy to navigate and incredibly user-friendly.

I was incredibly pleased when I had received a confirmation that my order had been shipped the day after I had placed my order, which was placed at nearly 11pm. My package arrived very shortly after this.

My notebook arrived in perfect condition thanks to the careful wrapping. The box was packed with bubblewrap to ensure safe arrival and includes a sticker, a lovely note from the people at Goulet Pens, a book mark and even a lollipop!

I don't think that I could be more pleased with this website and will turn to them for the rest of my notebook needs.

I ordered back in April and just discovered this website now, so I figured that I would share my experience and hopefully save somebody else from this horrible scam of a website.

I ordered a bathing suit and a dress, both of which were for a beach themed school dance that was coming up. I placed my order a full two and a half weeks before the day of the dance to ensure that my items would arrive on time. Considering that the shipping was said to take somewhere between a three to seven business, I figured that this would be plenty of time to allow unexpected delays. Much to my demise, my items were not shipped until AFTER THE DANCE, a good three weeks after ordering. Received the items quite some time after. Considering that I paid 25$ for the shipping, I was terribly upset by this.

The bathing suit, although not terribly crafted, was far too small for me despite the fact that I ordered a full two sizes larger (I am usually an extra small, ordered a medium) which the sizing chart said would give me a decent amount of wriggle-room. I was very disappointed when I could barely hike the one-piece past my nipples.

The dress was an absolute mess. Stitching was missing, extra fabric was left over and loads of the sewing was either inside-out or falling apart. The belt that came with it was broken and nothing even close to what was shown on the website. Material was cheap and terribly see-through despite looking very opaque online.

I was overall very disappointed in every aspect of this shopping experience and will never order from here again, and I advise you all to do the same.

After this posting, DressLily was very quick to email me with apologies. They have offered to refund me my money (and although I have not received the refund yet, their genuine interest in my experience with them and their will to make it right makes me believe that I will quickly receive it). Considering this, I am actually thinking about ordering with them again as I now feel like their great customer service will ensure that if I receive any fluked items, the situation will quickly be fixed with an email to their incredible staff.

I am more than pleased with my experience with this company. My full purchase and the cost of shipping was refunded to me in only two days. Customer service was incredible with answering any and all of my questions, never trying to avoid any concerns I had. They were straight up with me about everything and it was greatly appreciated. I was provided with screenshots of banking transitions to ensure that all promises were kept. I could not be more pleased with the customer service that this customer service that this company offers and will probably order again sometime after carefully reading reviews.
