Wow how can people get away with doing this to people. Florist know flowers are sent to people for special occasions. It is obvious that this florist takes advantage of people ordering on the Internet knowing we can't actually chose a bouquet in person. The photo on their website is absolutely not what you will receive. I picked out a bouquet of 12 roses for my girlfriend in England and I live in America. She received the flowers with 2 being only stems. She got them yesterday and only 5 barely look alive and the other 7 are in the trash. That's less than 24 hours and already they have to be thrown out. Pictures below. I personally don't think these people don't care and only take advantage of people. To lovelyflora: you should feel ashamed of yourself for taking advantage of people and sending out not just a bad product but a pathetic product. I hope people see this review and go elsewhere. You are so wrong the way you do people who are sending flowers to their loved ones for any occasion. You should not be in this business if all you're going to do is screw people over. That's ok you know what they say about karma. It the same for businesses like yours.
