Campers Inn is a rapidly growing company, full of employment opportunity. There is currently 37 Campers Inn dealerships in the US, with several more being added every year. Management, sales and technician employment in high demand. Training is abundant and the dealerships are state of the art. They use cutting edge technology. The company is family owned and the owners are possibly the nicest people in the world.
I am retiring in 2 weeks, as the GM. If I was just starting out, I definitely start my career at Campers Inn.
I highly recommend this company.

As a departing employee of Campers Inn and someone familiar with the management of the company, I am uniquely qualified to give an unbiased appraisal, on the substance and character of this organization.
The owner/CEO is Jeff Hirsh and the CFO is Ben Hirsh.
I can honestly say that these are fine men, ethical, honest and of high character. The company makes decisions based on integrity, not profit. As a normal course of business, I have seen them refund sales, that they did not have to refund, because they thought it was the moral thing to do. I have seen how they treat employees, from the lowest to the highest in position and prestige. Every employee is treated with dignity and respect. When they must terminate an employee, they do so in a way that preserves the dignity of that individual, careful to be gentle and kind, careful not to damage the person's self-esteem.
Campers Inn has been an upright member of the communities that they serve. The employees are trained and cultivated, allowing them more opportunity to advance their career and lifestyle.
Because I am about to retire from Campers Inn, I have no ulterior motive to leave this review, other than to help any person considering a career, or a potential customer deciding who they want to do business with.
