They make it impossible to cancel a membership. There is no cancel option within the app or when you login with a web browser. I tried deleting my card from the "billing info" section of the app but that did nothing. No one responded to any of the half dozen emails I sent requesting a cancellation over several months. This is literally a scam. $#*! these people. I am in the middle of filing a claim with the BBB for a refund.

My name is Anthony Collova. I am the founder of IIFYM.
I am very sorry you had such a terrible experience and feel like you deserve an explanation and apology. I just took back ownership of the site after selling it almost 5 years ago. While I was gone, the company who purchased my website implemented their own software, which is what your complaint is about.
Now that I've taken over control of the company I am making changes to the entire system so this kind of probably doesn't happen again.
