I am truly sorry to hear you've had a rough go of it with my site. It's only right you get both an apology and some context. I sold the company 5 years ago and jut recently took back ownership/control. The other owners made some choices which seem to cause a good deal of issues. As you wrote in your review.
Now, with the reins firmly back in my hands, I am fixing these issues, myself.
