I had two refunds totaling 1850 baht. They put them in my Lazada wallet which I never activated. Now, they won't let me activate! They ask for phone number to send OTP to but when I enter it, they say "number in use already" YES! The dumbsh*ts! It is MY number registered in MY account! It should be the ONLY number they send an OTP to! WTF is wrong with these idiots?!

*had my money for 5 weeks (still waiting for cashier's check)
*took 3 weeks to deliver car
*had to pay $3100 to fix car they sold me (wiring harnesses needed)
*handed off 5 times in one hour talking to them about issues (had to explain situation each time I was transferred)
