“Non starter for cavity wall insulation”

This company says they do both loft and cavity wall insulation. However, they say their cavity wall department is not customer facing and no amount of messages left for cavity wall department ever get returned. They have even given me a quote for loft insulation even though I am looking for cavity wall! A clear case of the apples and oranges story: 'I wanted apples but they tried to sell me oranges'!
