Don't touch them with a ten ft. Pole. They scammed me for over a hundred dollars. Never kept promises. The reps hang up on you. It takes days to get them on the phone. They kept only one promise. All the rest they broke. I had to shut down my account. They are a nightmare Co. I hope they get busted for fraud. Report them anyway you can. I reported them to my bank. I hope it helps.
