I ordered acia berry and colon cleanse on the 3April, so far I have never received them and when ordered was told that is would only cost £2.95 each. They took £252.18 our of my bank account. I have to wait until the 23 April for my bank to do anything. I have managed to phone the co on 0808 1891 1187. It took a long time for them to answer and when the guy answered he told me that it takes a week to ten days for the order to arrive. I told them I want to cancel the order and the account and my money refunded, he refused and when I said that I had reported them to Action Fraud and the Police and that if he did not refund my money I was going to call the newspapers, he then hung up on me
