Received a wallet as a Christmas gift, what I received was a card holder. Contacted the person who sent it to me and the order/ receipt they sent even says wallet. Called customer service was told had to go through the person who sent it me the gift to contact them. Just seems tacky to call someone asking them to go through this whole process, the turn around and ask them to purchase something else. I get the concern with theft, but really with a e-receipt I cannot exchange them.

However, this is only if the giftee has noted this as a gift on the order and the order is addressed it to you. If not, then for your friends account security we will need her to contact us.
