I ordered a replacement freezer shelf for a side-by-side Whirlpool Refrigerator Model WRS571CIDM01 in November 2020. After a handful of weeks, I began communicating with customer service where they claimed they were unaware their supplier hadn't shipped the part and said they would expedite. After a few failed attempts to "expedite," in January 2021, they said they would switch the supplier for my order and have them ship direct. I then did receive a glass shelf relatively fast, but unfortunately, it was a much wider one for the refrigerator side, not the narrower one for the freezer.
After several GRP demands for multiple pictures and such, they now say I order the part I received. I threw up my hands in frustration and requested an RMA and refund. GRP has the worst website site ever; beyond their inability to track the successful fulfillment of an order, their website would be much better if their included shelf measurements in their descriptions to make it easier for the consumer to verify what they want is likely to match their generic diagrams.
