My wife purchased the griddle and it only lasted about 8 months before it needed to be replaced. After it was warranted and replaced it broke again 7 months later and was now out of the warranty. Somehow even though it was replaced it apparently didn't start over the warranty. I wouldn't recommend their products to somebody on hospice with 6 months to live because chances are it wouldn't last.
Tip for consumers:
They do not warranty their product at all. They will replace it one time but when it breaks exactly the same way it did the first time they will not stand behind it.
