“Ordered Multiple Items From Multiple Sellers and Never Received Anything”

Beware. I ordered multiple items from multiple sellers and after weeks of sitting in a "Pending Shipping" status, I reached out to inquire when the item might ship. One seller told me that the item was defective and the other told me it was out of stock. WTF?! I spent over $100 both times, never to get anything. Both times I had to open a dispute to get a refund. I would not recommend buying anything form here.

I am so sorry that you weren't contacted by the seller that this item was out of stock and that the other was defective, and that you had to reach out to the seller to find this out, and had to submit disputes to get a refund. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from the sellers you dealt with.

We hold all of our sellers and partners to a very high standard and want to ensure that your order experience is a good one.
