I order a more than a few items. Some of the items took a little bit to receive. However that being said I was so very happy with the items I ordered. More than half my order exceeded expectations. The materials used were high quality. And every time I wanted to know where my orders were. Customer service was on top of it. My experience was outstanding. I will be ordering more items hopefully in the coming months.

If they were not receiving their payout, we would not have been in the marketplace at all. Your refund was also sent directly to the PayPal email that you used to open the account.

The gothic jacket was actually sent from Pakistan, so close to 100% that your parcel will go thru custom: fair enough!

They sent me a 3XL jacket that actually was FOUR (4) inches short of their advertised size chart on both cheet and waist! They sent another one in a rush with the midget size armpit for a 50" chest. Worst thing worst, I had to pay TWICE custom and custom clearance fees which turned out to cost 70$ (the price of the jacket).

Rebels market didn't even bother to ask to resend the wrong sized jacket as it'd cost them more in shipping than the cost to manufacture.
Because it was the manufacturer's fault, I requested a refund of the second custom fees but they haven't even replied, and yet it's the middle of the week.

The jacket is ok built but nothing worth the 100$ they initially charge

Nothing on the site indicates it's all shipped from china. A month after ordering I asked why it was not showing any tracking other than in transit and they told me it's out of stock and want me to buy something else. Demanding a refund, will get one from credit card due to fraud if I don't hear back soon. Terrible customer service

Definitely most items are not quality which is made from China and there is no return. You can return it but you have to pay for shipping which all the way down to Philippines. Shipping is much more expensive then item itself. There is no return label. They don't pay for shipping.
I am just a student barely bought shoes, terrible quality and hurt my toes so badly. Now I can not return it and I can not purchase another shoes because I spent my last money for shoes.

The return policy for this particular seller does advise that customers are responsible for returning any items that aren't damaged, defective, or wrong. If you ever receive an item that isn't as it should be, or if it is damaged or defective, we will always hold the seller accountable to cover the return shipping cost for you.

Currently, we are working with you, and the seller, to see if we can get at least a partial refund issued back to your original method of payment without having to return the item back if you'd prefer to do so and will do whatever we can to try to make this situation right for you. We will work with you on this until the situation is resolved and you're happy.

Please also understand that you can always see where our sellers ship from on the product page in the shipping and returns details. If you ever need help with where the sellers ship from, or if you need help with sizing before placing your order, we are always more than happy to do so for you.

Con artists on the platform and they allow it. They dont understand how severe it is when they allow people on the site to sell or con people into buying things that are different from what they think they are purchasing. They didnt send my item until I opened a dispute then they send the wrong item and the item they send is broke. And they blame the broken item on the shipping company. This site and seller are a joke and a disgrace. Close the site down.

Sellers do maintain all of their own listings and we will always hold them accountable in situations where the wrong item, damaged, items, or defective items are shipped.

We are currently working with you on this situation through our support email and have provided you with a pre-paid return shipping label, we expect the returned item to be received back by the seller on Monday, once it is received by the seller, a full refund of the original purchase price and original shipping costs will be refunded back to your original method of payment. We have also taken corrective action with the seller to ensure that they are listing products with the appropriate images to prevent this in the future.

Guys this company is a cheater company, and Belle is the front cheater man for this company, i am planning to put reviews on all thir sites to save your money, i order shoes with them and paid 229$, they send me a piece of (s), such a cheap shoe, does not even worth more than 40$, and when i ask for return then this Belle guy asked me to send that shoe back to overseas country which cost me more than 100 $, first i paid shipping to buy the cheap shoe and then Belle was asking me to pay the return shipping as well, after that he stopped replying me this is a group of cheaters, please do not order here if you want to save your money. This is my order number H*******171 in case if you want to return my money. Thanks

If they feel that a product is not suitable to sale they will actually let you know. They will ask if you would like to purchase something else in place of the item you want. Or if you just want the money put back on your form of payment.

I ordered an underbust corset. It was very cute and very nicely made, but not the right size at all. Im usually a medium and I had to extend the strings all the way to their limit, and it was still extremely small.

Hello,we represent Wear Empire brand from Europe. My name is Corina Dinu i am the Designer of Wear Empire.We do genuine leather designs on limited series. We have an store open on Rebels market and 5 weeks ago we sold an set of 241$,sent to the customer with Dhl Express,the customer is happy got his order etc BUT WE AREN'T GETTING OWR PAYMENT FROM REBELS MARKET.

I always look where the products come from before I order. It showed Rebel to be located in Palo Alto, CA. I felt safe to order. It took almost 2 mos., it was too small, and it came from China. It doesn't have any refund instructions so I feel as tho I've lost my money. Very deceptive. Really disappointing.

Ordered masks and after weeks of waiting I am given the runaround that the items shipped. It clearly states that the label has been created and nothing has been delivered by USPS for shipping. Bought through paypal, fortunately. They refuse to cancel the order and refund my money claiming the order has shipped. Just look through the recent reviews. This is fraud, pure and simple.

We had sent you an email from our Premium orders email address instead of our Support email address (This is because we didn't receive any emails through our support system from you) that it may take 48 hours for the manufacturer to provide an update, we responded back to you within 24 hours providing the tracking information. Unfortunately, Covid19 has caused some delays with shipments due to the need for social distancing.

It can take 72 hours for the tracking to update in USPS's system normally, however, they are also experiencing delays due to Covid and may require more time to scan shipments in. As we advised, we are more than happy to assist with a return for a full refund once you receive the items, or if you are able to call USPS to refuse the package. Once the package is received by the warehouse, we are always more than happy to assist with a return.

Please understand that per our FAQ, once an order has been placed, we're unable to guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed or shipped, in this case, your order has been shipped and we are unable to stop the shipment to cancel the order. My outfit was very cute and better than I imagined. The shipping was slightly delayed so I haven't been able to wear the outfit yet, but I'm definitely going to find another occasion to wear it!

I ordered a hooded sweatshirt and chose size large as a US size, implying the purchase was within the USA. After paying, I received an email saying they were changing the size to 3XL since these were Asian sizes and that would equal L in US. This was the first sign I had been duped. Then the shirt took several weeks to arrive. When it did, it is VERY thin, NOT like a sweatshirt at all. It is also misshapen and long. In short, I do not like it and feel I paid 3 times what it is worth, which would be about ten dollars, if priced to reflect its quality. I made 2 purchases in one at this site - first and last.

I got an email response like the day after I left my review... the person who handles them had been away. They handled my refund once I provided tracking. Could not have been more accommodating. I might try the smaller size of the same product because it was good quality, but I still cant get into the website so I'll probably have to create a new account.

In case somebody with the company actually is paying attention, this is about order #RMP*******351. I received my order and it's good quality (which it should be for the price), but it's WHOA big so I need to exchange it. I emailed *******@rebelsmarket.com on 7/25 and received an auto response that they'd answer me within 24 hours. I haven't heard anything. Meanwhile, apparently I forgot my password, and their password reset system is glitchy so when you enter your new password it doesn't take it, the boxes just go back blank when you hit "change password" and you get no confirmation, so I can't login to the site either and try to initiate an exchange that way either. My guess is that they ignore you and lock you out of the site until you're outside the return window. Meanwhile I'm out $80+ and stuck with an item I can't use.

Awesomely wide selection of clothing and accessories, but there is a bit of a catch. Some of the products will take an extended period of time to arrive. Now if your not in a hurry and just looking to fill you closet out then it's ok, but if you have a timeline you want to stick to, say it's a gift just be aware some items come from over seas and you're gonna be waiting. For what it's worth, all the product I have purchased been worth the wait!

The jacket fits perfectly and there is plenty of reserve, even with a sweater, it's super loose and comfortable.

Really cool website that sells things you can't find anywhere else. One-stop goth shop. I have ordered a purse, which I'm in love with, and a coat, which did not fit (despite the reviews saying that it ran large) and I will be returning. Excellent customer service, although I am contacting the seller directly regarding the return and not Rebels Market so fingers crossed.

Beware. I ordered multiple items from multiple sellers and after weeks of sitting in a "Pending Shipping" status, I reached out to inquire when the item might ship. One seller told me that the item was defective and the other told me it was out of stock. WTF?! I spent over $100 both times, never to get anything. Both times I had to open a dispute to get a refund. I would not recommend buying anything form here.
