Ordered online on the weekend. Arrived 90 minute after ordering and this was 60 minute after the tracking said "cutting and checking". Store took 25 minutes to answer the phone and told me was very busy but my order was on the way now. Took a further 25 minutes even though we are less than 10 minutes from the store.
Contacted papa johns. Their response was tough that you received lousy cold food so here's a pizza (we ordered 2 pizzas and sides) as goodwill. For something so poor we should have received a refund
After chasing and pushing our goodwill pizza was replaced with a refund. Usual generic apology.
