We ordered tickets for Syracuse game 5 months in advance with a promise that we would be able to load them onto our phone in plenty of time for the game. As we got to 3 days before the game, we contacted customer service for a more exact time we could expect to get the tickets. They said we would definitely get them, but the seller hadn't sent them yet. We live 2 and a half hours away from Syracuse, so we were not driving out there without tickets. After 10 phone calls, and no tickets 16 hours before the game, we didn't go. We tried to get a refund and were told by several people that even though they didn't provide the tickets in the time promised, we would get nothing back. Efforts to reach someone actually in charge of this cluster were also unsuccessful. Don't waste your time. Will be contacting Syracuse attorney general.
