I purchased some "black" Lanvin flats from this website. When they arrived they were NAVY. When I contacted the "customer service" department they said I could exchange them, but would not give ANY address information re: where to send the exchange (the return address label on the original package was in CHINESE). I made NUMEROUS attempts to e-mail them, tried the "toll free" international number (which is not in service), and even tried the rarely functioning "online chat" to get this resolved. I finally got a representative named "Joan" who not only would not give me the exchange address, but tried to treat ME like a criminal... saying that I would have to take a PHOTO of the item and that they would not take back any "damaged" merchandise! WHAT?! They were clearly setting it up to block the return. No reputable company would do that. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and any other agency I can find. They are scammers.
