They have sent me some givenchy boots with studs falling off, a broken zipper and the rudest customer service possibe! DO NOT SHOP HERE - it is over priced and terrible quality.
I paid over $300 for something that you couldnt even pay ME to wear!

Despite what the website represents, they are actually based out of China, and the shoes were fake versions of the name brand I thought I was ordering. Aside from being a totally different style from what I ordered, the workmanship is so poor, they aren't even wearable.

I contacted them immediately upon receipt and they have now told me via email (NUMEROUS times) that the cost of return would be too great to warrant a return. Then offered to return part of the money, but never said how much. When I told them I didn't care and would bear the cost of return, they ceased all communication. I have tried to contact them 8 times since. Their site should be shut down on the basis of fraud... I would never have ordered from them if I knew the goods were coming from China and fake. 1/2 of their correspondence directed me to return the shoes, but they wouldn't provided an address and the other 1/2 (seemingly from the same email address) said that the cost would be too high and that they would simply refund part of the money. That said, nothing has happened and it's been almost a month.

They are thee worst! "joan" is a total fake! They steal your money and never ship your merchandise. F THEM TRULLY!

They stole my money! They sent me the wrong size and to top it off they were dirty (satin material). Joan does ask you to send a picture and then maybe they consider sending you the return address. I contacted them the same day i got my order.

This website is an ABSOLUTE joke! NOBODY BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
The Christian Louboutin shoes I ordered in size 5 came in size 6, smelled TOXIC and were so poorly made I can't begin to describe it! Seams sewn crooked and had jagged edges, heel caps didn't fit, insole cut crooked and just shoved in the shoe... They came in PATENT leather instead of leather (The description and picture of a real Louboutin shoe is what they advertise) and I was completely embarassed to even show anyone when I opened the box!

They stole $200 of my dollars, and I talked to "Joan" numerous times, funny how her "manager" had always "just stepped out" when I demanded to talk to him. They refused to give me the return address even though I took pictures of the shoes and emailed numerous times, did everything they asked for their "return policy." These shoes were so GROSS that I couldn't even GIVE them away. I THREW THEM IN THE GARBAGE.

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE STEAL YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY :(

I purchased some "black" Lanvin flats from this website. When they arrived they were NAVY. When I contacted the "customer service" department they said I could exchange them, but would not give ANY address information re: where to send the exchange (the return address label on the original package was in CHINESE). I made NUMEROUS attempts to e-mail them, tried the "toll free" international number (which is not in service), and even tried the rarely functioning "online chat" to get this resolved. I finally got a representative named "Joan" who not only would not give me the exchange address, but tried to treat ME like a criminal... saying that I would have to take a PHOTO of the item and that they would not take back any "damaged" merchandise! WHAT?! They were clearly setting it up to block the return. No reputable company would do that. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and any other agency I can find. They are scammers.
