Be aware if you submit a complaint because the customer chat representative you submitted a complaint against, will intercept your message, in order to block you from reaching, contacting, or reporting them to someone else at the company.
This will happen hours after the inital chat support had ended and after customer request to have no further interaction with that specific customer rep.
Then management will blow up your phone and will gaslight you by downplaying the violation of customer privacy and confidentiality as a simple
"poor choice" while they raise their voice at you, dispute your experience, and make you so stressed out you end up in tears and then they'll blame you for not taking their dismissive and toxic sorry excuse for an apology and tell you that you're the problem.
Also, they will delete your comments on Facebook if you post trying to warn others about their shady ways.
