Was told they wouldn't ship an item without a wire transfer. I then told them they could make the shipping & billing address the same & I would just forward it myself, as any prepaid wire transfer requirement is likely a scam with no backing from Visa's fraud dept. Didn't hear back from them for 5 days, so I called the number listed. They (being the owner Jon R VanBuren) continued to refuse to ship the product, and yet refused to provide a reason...I can only conclude the business is a scam. Oh, and he was unbelievably rude, which doesn't necessarily make a business bad...unless that employee also happens to be the owner.

Tip for consumers:
Go elsewhere for custom logo products. There are many other much more customer centric organizations than this one.

Been on hold waiting on cust service for a previous order status (which isn't updated on their website), for over an hour now.

Reason I chose this business:

Only because i thought they had the stock on hand. Customer service is absolutely egregious.
