“Buyer Beware!”

We built a home in 2020. After research we decided on Lennox equipment so we would have a premier HVAC system in our home. It has NEVER functioned properly. Lennox does not stand behind their equipment. Our local dealer can't even get support from Lennox. We installed a 4 ton, 3 ton, and 2 ton unit as well as a ventilation system and humidifiers and it's all junk! Buyer Beware!

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy Lennox equipment!!

Products used:
Lennox compressors -- 3 units - 4 ton, 3 ton, and 2 ton, 3 humidfiers and 1 ventilating unit -- plus of course thermostats both main and zoned.

You have to be a dealer to buy there good junk! How arrogant! Johnson supply lost the York line...
