I bought these sandals last year and they completely unraveled upon the first wearing. I returned them and they reluctantly sent me another pair. I had a chance to wear the replacement pair for the first time this week, and the same thing happened. The pleated slide opened all the way up, I was just walking in my house, and I nearly fell holding a plate of food. Obviously something is very very wrong with this design, and after searching on this model shoe online I see that this has happened to other people. Customer service told me that you can only return a pair once! I am stuck with an unwearable $300 pair of sandals.

Received the wrong model brewer. I have been trying to get a call back from customer service for a week to return this unopened brewer. I have received no call back at all, have been told they are busy, and they will offer no time frame for when I will get a call back. I was told that I will have to pay for return shipping, no exceptions.

Email only, no phone or chat available. They take days to respond. They cannot tell me when my order from weeks ago will ship, or even if it's in stock. However, they have charged me the full amount. Their email response is very rude, no apologies at all.
