I went to the subway on Hagen ranch rd and boynton beach Blvd located in Boynton Beach Florida. I ordered my bogo on line and it was charged to my card. When I arrived the girl behind the counter said they do not honor it. I told her my card was charged and they were listed as a participant store. She said I would get a refund in 2-3 days. I blew my stack so she called the manager on the phone. When she got off she said they will honor it now but from now on they won't. Then I saw the picture of the new pretzel they were advertising and decided to get one. She wrapped it all up and couldn't wait to eat it. When I got to my car I opened it and it was burnt and there was no salt on it. I went back inside and explained to the girl to look at the pretzel and wanted another one. She said I can't do that because that's how it comes out of the toaster. I said look there's no salt on it then she took it back put some butter on it and tried to add more salt on it. I gave up took it home and it was hard as a rock. That was a waste of 3 dollars. Never again will I return to that store or order another pretzel again. The girl behind the counter was not rude just trying to do her job but seemed stressed out. Please don't go to that store if you have coupons or want any pretzels.
