The support I got was actually very good. The man on the phone understood the technical aspects of the question, and investigated the issue to find the way to solve it. I did not need to convince him I really had a problem. He determined that the issue required sysadmin intervention, and entered the ticket on my behalf. The ticket was correctly resolved within a day. Could not hope for more
