I've been a customer with DebSpecs for well over 15 years. I've had to ask their Customer Service to reroute my orders a number of times. Often we decide to go to our vacation home at the last minute. Every single time I write and/or call, they respond the next day, sometimes the same day. I've also called to ask about items I really like, that may have been discontinued. Their Customer Service stay on the phone with you, searching for the items or finding ones that will work.
Honestly, in today's world of annoying automated messages, I've never had a robot handle my requests.
I just wish all companies would treat customers as well as DebSpecs!
