I love the merchandise but the packaging on some of the items leaves much to be desired
Last time I called about wanting a nicer box I was told "we have told you that we can't get you a nicer box". I swore then that would be the last time I would shop at Ross-Simons.
Today when I called about getting a pendant box I was hung up on. Then I called the store and was given another 800 number and when I called it was the same person. She finally said ok. So, not sure I will shop the store even though you have a wide array of products more so than any other commercial store.

I received an e-mail with a Memorial Day Clearance sale. I then checked on the bracelet that I have wanted for a while and found out it was on clearance. It was a win! Win!
Always unique jewelry items
Ross-Simmons has excellent merchandise to satisfy all tastes, all seasons and all pockets. However, every time I place an order the gift box that it comes in leaves much to be desired. So I always have to make an extra call to get a nice box when I am giving the item as a gift. The folks on the other end are usually not accommodating to my requests.
