Buyer beware! I ordered a Kaye walker and was advised via Chat to order a walker that was way too big for my daughter. You cannot exchange and they charge a 30% restocking fee. I contacted them immediately and the walker was never used. Their "customer service" is a one woman show who is rude and does nothing to accommodate customers. After "reviewing" my chat, they said I'm wrong and pretty much out of luck. They did reduce restock fee to 15%, which is still unacceptable. I will donate the walker before I give extra money to these scumbags, but do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I'm also fairly confident website review are fraudulent-if you search this company on 3rd party sites, it is bad news!
