Quickbook DeskTop Pro has a serious flaw concerning attachments where previous year's atachments become unspecified (Ghosts) when new subscription is downloaded or migrated onto a new computer the path changes an attachments disappear. The past two weeks I have called support and have been unable
To have 2nd Tier. At the moment I have been on line of 6 hours waiting to speak with a technician. There customer support has has gone downhill yet they raise the prices three figures this year. Should be sued
For misleading potential buyers on both real support and failure to fix attachment problems since 2014. You hav to buy a new subscription in order to access previous years. I have had quickbooks since 2000 no longer consider the company honest and consumer conscious. Greed has won out! They appear to have cut 2nd tier technicians and is hard to get through. Most of the Supervisors I have dealt with on level 1 Tier
Do not understand some of the difficulties. One supervisor did not even know wht attachments were and yet denied me access to 2nd level tier. I lost 2 Company files when one of tehir technicians changed the path and ten years of data was lost including the Company files. I have been on the present call for nearly seven hours hoping to speak with a 2nd tier technician. I'll wait longer but I know no one will answer and I will havee to start over tomorrow, There is no customer serivce that I can contact to tell them what's going.
Sad agood organization is going downhill on service and seems to be satisfied to accept flaws instead of correcting. There "escalation" appears to mean call back again tomorrow and start pleading all over again to get help.
