Advertised a Amazon Echo Dot with clock for $38, not marked as a 3D downloadable image but an actual Echo Dot. It was listed under google max Echo Dots on google shopping. I've never downloaded their software and emailed them multiple times and they are unwilling to issue a refund. Horrible company and terrible communication. I feel their practices are very deceptive. However I will report to my credit card company.
