I have ordered from Look Human in the past and have been very satisfied with my items. Not so much with my last transaction. I received an email stating my items were shipped (awesome!) ONLY to be given a tracking number that never populated any information. Mind you I placed my order NOVEMBER 30th.
After 2 emails, FB messenger comments, FB comments, voice-mail and live chat messages later, I finally opened a case with Pay Pal.
The next day I got a response on my order. They admitted that my item should have arrived by now and processed my order again. Ok awesome except I did NOT get a new tracking number. Or any response to follow up emails ASKING for a tracking number.
I have officially given up and opened a claim with Pay Pal. They have until January 2nd to reach out and fix the problem. I anticipate getting my money back as I have zero faith in getting my item.
