I ordered an item on 12/31, it was shipped on 1/5. The item has not moved in over a week. When I contacted customer support they suggested I, "check my mailbox." The next person said the shipping company is delayed in scanning items. Delayed over a week in the scanning of an item? Customer support was ridiculously unhelpful. It's unclear if this company is a complete scam or just incredibly poorly mismanaged, but place your orders elsewhere.
