Ordered a pool June 1st for over $300-invoice*******. Cancelled once they told me that they couldn't deliver by July 23rd date that I needed it. Pulled the same thing several other people are saying. Said a refund check was sent. Never received. Told me they'd reissue but then said they needed my Paypal info to reissue that way. Gave them the info. Still no refund. Was told that they will issue refund 12/18/2020. Can't issue refund sooner because of how cancellations from COVID has affected their business. But they're obviously still getting quite a few orders from other reviews I see and still not delivering and STILL NOT ISSUING REFUNDS IN A TIMELY MANNER EVEN THOUGH THEYRE TAKING EVERYONES MONEY! It's COVID for me too and they're stealing large amounts of money.
