Well, my U.S. Mail is supposed to be forwarded to me every week via a FedEx label that I send them. This package never arrived and was NEVER scanned in by FedEx. So FedEx says the only 2 reasons a package would not get scanned after dropping off in a FedEx receptacle is if the Regus employee did NOT put the label on the envelope or the label was not secured properly. Thanks a lot for ruining my company. You are an evil group of people that lack the attention span to place mail in an envelope, place a label on it, and drop it off. I will be CANCELLING my agreement with this crap of a company first chance I get. The location of this stupid office is Wells Fargo Plaza in Miami.

Hi Dianne, I’m sorry you felt the need to escalate this once again.
We understand your frustration, but we are not responsible for your missing package.
The packing label was correctly attached, and your package was deposited in the correct place.
This has already been explained to you by your city manager and you are also free to escalate this further with FedEx.
Whilst you’re obviously angry about this situation your abusive emails and phone calls need to stop; this behaviour is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
Your city manager remains your point of contact and will be happy to discuss this further with you but please show some restraint.

Horrible company. Employees could care LESS. They're all foreign workers who can barely speak English. And take pleasure in antagonizing hardworking Americans. There is always long silence on the phone with these stooges, just waiting for you to say something derrogatory about their 3rd world status, trying to FAKE "professionalism" among Americans.
My employee dropped FedEx labeled package in a building receptacle and was NEVER scanned in. How can you drop off an envelope FedEx package and never get scanned in by the delivery person and completely disappear? I need this package delivered. Very poor service. An American embarassment of a company.

Very disappointed that their rep Jazzminn would not let me return an item after I chose the credit option. Also, the jeans were in very bad condition and not as described. They had multiple holes and in very bad condition.

You cannot call this company for a sales call, you have to fill out an online form, which was a major pain, but I did. And no one from their sales department called me back. I guess they don't need the business.

Received horrible "customer service" from a person named Nya, who was so purposely unhelpful and took pleasure in telling me that she was unable to rescind an order or change it, when it was only placed late last night. Yeah, right. Nya went out of her way to let me know she was in control and that she could update the order, but chose not to. Horrible employee that should be FIRED! Self-righteous woke loser is Nya. It's people like Nya who ruin great companies, as Godiva used to be.

Wow, this is the absolutely worst company to deal with. They switched over to Comenity Bank and I have cancelled my account immediately with such dirty companies. I will never, ever buy another Dell product again. Dirtiest companies out there.
"Bidisha" support rep was horrible to deal with.

Always a major problem with bill.com. I tried a very simple task of updating a bank account and the system keeps buffering. This has happened several times. Do yourself a favor and don't use bill.com.

Worst possible support, non existent. John, person who answers phone, has a very thick accent, and is really poor first impression of this crappy company. Their website is inadequate does not function. And their Support Dept. is clearly overwhelmed by all the inquiries that they can't keep up. And will only refer you to an inadequate Chat feature. Clearly, bill.com is NOT on top of their game in providing quality USA service.

Tried to contact this company regarding placing an order and when I requested to speak to management or escalate the call, was rudely hung up on by their sales rep. I will not make the $100 purchase. And will buy from another product line.
