Applied to get phone unlocked on the 30/01/2020, payment was taken out of acc, but no confirmation or any sort of reply to this day. Emailed them a couple of days ago and still no contact from them. I'm so disappointed and just want my money refund.

Take my advice and just don't do business with them. They have a very ambiguous refund policy...
