I am so sorry to see DoggieFood has gone away. I used to feel a personal connection to Tony - he always answered my emails, resolved problems and was so concerned.
In the recent months (late 2015) the service went downhill, the personal touch left, and the "cutesy" ads proliferated.
Seems they took a Get Big busines plan too far.
I am sorry -- I really did like ordering from them, and I did - for a long time.
