It often takes days to receive a reply via email, which is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
Moreover, I encountered significant challenges when attempting to cancel my order. Despite my multiple attempts, I faced a persistent problem regarding one out-of-stock item. It seems like a straightforward request to cancel the entire order should be accommodated, yet I repeatedly received responses indicating that only the specific out-of-stock product could be cancelled. This lack of flexibility and understanding is truly frustrating for a customer who simply wants to cancel an entire order. I'm simply told to wait till March 7th for an item to be in stock.
The overall communication and customer service experience have been subpar, leading me to regret placing an order with Stylevana. The difficulty in getting a timely response and the seemingly inflexible order cancellation process have left me with a sense of dissatisfaction.
