I recieved a CTA with contrast. After going through procedure, nurse said the timing of the cat scan machine was off. And did not caputure necessary information. She suggested I go through the procedure a second time. With radiation and contrast risks, I decided not to try it a second time as there was no guarantee the same error would not occur. I heard the same thing happened to another patient a week earlier. I was not charged and I would not recommend SimonMed.
Tip for consumers:
The desk administrator was very nice and seemed to have a big heart for her patients. However, she referred to patients with words like, "sweet heart" which is endearing, but not professional. The sales person was floating around front desk for no apparent reason, just eating chocolate from the complimentary bowl and talking to desk adminisrator.
